How To Counter Attack With Kick
when your opponent is attacking with a punch from long stance so you defend the attack of your enemy with hard and strongly wrist. Then you use your backward leg for the counter-attack. You're backwards or right leg is put up and strike powerfully on the chest of an enemy.
