1. What are Martial arts;

Martial is the name of the title of the book which has different chapters like a,
Taekwando,
Ninja,
judo,
Muay Thai,
Karate, etc
we worked on this all type of martial arts, and I will train you the basic of martial arts.

2. How to maintain our daily timetable;

If we go through pain so this is the first step of success.
>No fast food, eat natural food.
>Eating food normally, not eat fully.
>wesiting our nature sides/greenery place.
>Get up early in the morning.
>Runing daily with your stamina limit early in the morning.
>sleeping early.

3. How to maintain our diet;

>Drink pure milk early in the morning.
>30min wait after the milk then you can breakfast.
>In the breakfast you eat one boil egg, honey, and dry food.
>The lunchtime is 12:00-1:00 pm.
>In lunch you eat a vegetable with salad.
>After the lunch walked a minimum of 40 steps.
>After the walking sleep for 1 hour. 
>In dinner you can eat light food, like one fish or normal piece of meat, etc.
>Don't drink a cooldrink in dinner time.  
>After the dinner eating some from the sweet but lightly.
